I’m Alan J. Wax, a former reporter and editor at Newsday and the New York Post. I’ve written about drinks and dining topics for more than 20 years. In addition to Newsday, my writings have appeared in Wine Spectator, Wine & Vines, Wine Business, Beer Connoisseur, Beer the Magazine, American Brewer and elsewhere.
